This year, we are partnering with our neighbor, Backyard, for this delectable event that is limited to just 36 guests. The three-course meal begins at 5:30pm and will feature a paella dish for every palate, with the chefs at Backyard dishing up three options: Traditional Paella, Non-Shellfish Paella, Vegetarian Paella and a seasonal green salad and desert!
But what about the wine?
For this event, we have decided to roll out three of our new releases for the pairing menu: 2016 Rosé of Pinot Noir, 2014 Russian River Valley Chardonnay, and the 2014 Elk Prairie Pinot Noir.
Tickets are $45 per person and include food and wine.
