Our annual pig roast, winemaker dinner is August 11th from 4-9pm. Mark Trione has gone up to our Flatridge Ranch and harvested the perfect wild hog to share!
New this year: bring your A-game and play a little bocce in the vineyards! We will start the evening court-side with wine and appetizers, then will head into the old stone building for a beautiful wine-paired dinner.
Enjoy wild and domestic pigs that were cooked in a La Caja China by the culinary crew at Peloton Culinary & Catering. You will enjoy market inspired fixings to pair with the tender, delicious pork while sipping on special release wines, barrel samples and more. The chefs at Peloton will create a seasonal menu of sides to pair with our wines and the delicious pork.

This is a family-style wine dinner, vegetarians will be able to enjoy enough food without eating the pork.
