Next Saturday, April 13th, the Capitola Museum is hosting a public Grand Opening celebration for our new exhibit, Picture This: Capitola by the Sea. The exhibit compliments the Arcadia book, Images of America: CAPITOLA, that Museum Director, Carolyn Swift recently completed. The book features over 200 of the most historically significant images of Capitola, the oldest seaside resort on the West Coast.
The Arcadia Book is due out this summer.
The museum is welcoming guests beginning at 11:AM with the official Grand Opening at Noon. Carolyn Swift, the Capitola Museum Board, museum volunteers and local dignitaries will attend.
All are welcome and refreshments will be served.
