Regardless of your photography style or experience level, this is your opportunity to have your portfolio reviewed, discussed, and constructively critiqued by diverse group of experienced professional photographers. Leading the review will be SF-based photographers Meg Messina (@megmessina), Zona (zonafoto.net, PD Flagship Manager), and Lawrence Lander (lawrencelander.com, PD Art Director). This event is limited to 10 participants (so RSVP now!) and all ticket proceeds will be donated to First Exposures, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering youth through photography.
Event Format:
Before event: each participant may submit up to 10 images from their portfolio, as well as links to their website/Instagram (if applicable) and 5 words that you feel summarize your work. You'll need to submit this no later than Wed. April 18th. We'll send you a link to a submission form after you purchase a ticket.
Day of:
6:00pm: Participants & panelists meet & greet at PD Flagship store
6:30-9pm: Lead by our panelists, the entire group will review and discuss each participant's portfolio. Each review will last about 15 minutes.
Reviews will be constructive, friendly, and focused on helping each participant further develop their personal style and meet their indivdual photography goals.
