Experience a first look at the PH Method workout at this exclusive event hosted by PH Method founder, Peri Hughes and the Kore Collective.
Peri will guide you through a 45 minute taster of her full body, transformative workout PH Method. This workout is designed to create a stronger, longer, leaner and more balanced body.
During this class you will alternate between low impact, isometric movements incorporating resistance bands to deepen the experience and high intensity, explosive cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate. Correct form and alignment is at the heart of each exercise Peri teaches and the movement is layered to suit all levels.
Peri created PH Method after years of working as a Dancer in Europe and as a Master Trainer in Barre at some of the worlds leading boutique Barre studios. Peri draws upon her expertise in the field of rigorous Dance training and Barre fitness to create a well-balanced, safe, effective & fun workout. In a PH Method class you will sweat, you will be challenged and your body will change.
Refreshments will be on offer from local SF vendors and you will have the chance to shop the latest S/S18 collection at Kore Collective.
