Students of Professor Linda Ivey's SF Bay Area History course began a project that maps the cultural assets of Fruitvale. Gentrification is sweeping many multicultural communities; this project seeks to map & celebrate locally-owned businesses.
Students in Carlos Salomon's Oral Traditions class have interviewed immigrants. Samples of the stories they collected will be available on video to watch
