Join the Peace Resource Center as they host a panel focusing on 7ow the U.S. has come to imprison more of its population by far than any other nation on earth or in history, and how this trend can be reversed. Keynote speakers include: Steve Rease, senior trial attorney in Monterey County Public Defender's office; Steven Goings, secretary of the Monterey County Branch of the NAACP; and Diana Jimenez, award-winning Human Rights Activist and President of the League of United Latin American Citizens of North Monterey County. The potluck will begin at 12pm, followed by the panel at 1pm.
