Step into their kitchens as they demonstrate their favorite holiday recipes that weave together myriad cultural traditions. Kristin will share her Ashkenazi-Japanese recipe for Japanese kamaboko (fish cake)-inspired gefilte fish, while Faye shares a Mizrahi-Chinese halek recipe inspired by the one her grandmother-in-law once shared with author Joan Nathan.
