About the therapist: Essene yoga teacher, Trained with over 735 hours in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Reflexology, sports massage, pregnancy massage, muscle energy techniques and have 7 years experience with Reiki/energywork.
Often I blend together many different styles in a session to give a well rounded holistic experience, but single styles can be requested as well.
