Be part of the solution to end global poverty. Come to the San Francisco Partnership Walk, and join tens of thousands across the U.S. to help build a more secure and peaceful world. The walk will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2013 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Central Park, Lake Elizabeth in Fremont.
The Partnership Walk is a day of live entertainment, educational exhibits, cultural performances, and fun for the entire family. Learn about innovative ways to solve hunger, poverty and disease around the world, watch the cultural show featuring acts from diverse countries, and walk to raise awareness and funds.
The Partnership Walk, an initiative of Aga Khan Foundation USA and its network of volunteers across America, raises awareness and funds for grassroots community projects in Africa and Asia that help save lives. Our projects move families out of poverty by building the skills and tools they need to become self-reliant. 100% of funds raised go directly to our projects.
