Parris is a producer, DJ and label owner whose creative evolution reflects a decade inside the engine room of UK club music. His diverse record crates have taken him from the sweatboxes of London to world-class clubs and festivals, and his label's releases have given a platform to out-there producers like Wen, Etch and Rabit. After a clean sheet of acclaimed records for cult labels The Trilogy Tapes, Idle Hands and Hemlock, in 2019 Parris launched Can You Feel The Sun, an outlet for his productions with Berlin-based counterpart Call Super.
Ploy emerged onto the scene in 2016 with his debut release, 'Sala One Five' on the renowned Hessle Audio label, expertly followed up by a slew of EP's finding residence on Batu's Timedance imprint, the faction whom collectively carved out a unique sound in a shockingly short space of time, grounded in UK bassbin principles yet pushing that prism in wild, crooked new ways that have become something of a signature aesthetic.
