Sit and Relax on our spacious patio as Chef Lee Hernandez prepares his Mixed Paella. We will be offering our Paella at $5 and Happy Hour Cocktails to wash it down.
Here are some tips from our Chef for a Well Seasoned Paella
- Don't underestimate the importance of the Rice. Find a Quality Grain that will make for a quality base.
- Grind your Saffron Spice. It makes for a balanced color and seasoning.
- Add Character! Take any direction with Paella, from seafood to land meat.
- Let it BASK. A great Paella takes time. Let all the Flavors Soak Up.
