The parade starts promptly at 10am at Civic Center Plaza adjacent to the Helen Diller Civic Center Playgrounds, it will loop around the plaza and end back where it started, and then the games begin! The costume contest will take place at 11 am, please bring your pup in their finest Olympic look!
