Our students are very diverse, which reflects the many different reasons for joining our facilty. Some are drawn to learning the martial art techniques taught by former competitors in the sport. Others are drawn to the physical fitness and weight-loss aspects of training. Still others seek to add discipline and self control to their lives. While still others want to learn about safety and self-defense.
The training is real, run by former and current professional athletes but with a great deal of teaching experience because they truly love what they do. We have the capacity to make your training what you want. If you are looking for an alternative fitness program, this is an effective way to lose/maintain weight and gain strength. Women, if you are looking for cardio, this will get your heart pumping... The gym is family owned and we invest in our people, not fancy gimmicks or equipment.
