The San Francisco Orchid Society (SFOS) invites everyone to paint the town with "Orchids and All that Jazz", presented by Taiwan Tourism Bureau, February 20-23, 2014 at Fort Mason Center. The theme of this year's event combines a symphony of orchids with the complex and classic feel traditionally associated with Jazz music.

The SFOS is a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to foster the culture and cultivation of orchids and to promote orchid education to its members and the public. The SFOS proudly supports local horticultural conservation efforts and for the first time ever, will donate $10 ($5 to each organization) of every Gala ticket sold to both the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers and the U.C. Botanical Garden in Berkeley See you there!

The Pacific Orchid Exposition will open with a festive Gala benefiting the SF Conservatory of Flowers and the UC Botanical Gardens with 20 wineries pouring their special wines that will pair with cheese, fruit, hot appetizers and gourmet pate from Trois Petits Cochons. In addition to the boutique wineries, there will be award winning wines from the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition, the largest competition of American Wines in the World, and delightful coconut drinks from Zico Water.

On Friday through Sunday, there will be a Dunkin Donuts truck in front of Festival Pavilion sampling new coffee sensations and at the back of the Pavilion, there will be a coffee bar serving gourmet coffees, teas and an array of pastries.

Each day there will be an assortment of food ranging from sandwiches, pasta and chili to cold salads and plenty of soft drinks and juices.

On Saturday and Sunday, upstairs in the Bay Cafe, with stunning views of the Golden Gate Bridge and the Bay, there will be a wine bar serving wine and beer for guests as they take in incredible scenic views and thousands of orchids.
