Many suffer from feelings of anxiety or are overwhelmed by the stress and demands of everyday life, however meditation can be a powerful path to a calm mind.
In this evening talk, Gen Kelsang Choma will explore meditation methods and ways of thinking derived from Buddha's teachings to help us nurture an inner calm mind that we can then apply to navigate our anxiety and negative emotions more confidently and effectively.
