For 105 years, according to the Yachting Registry, PICYA has opened the yachting season with a parade of boats large and small. Opening Day on the Bay will be Sunday, April 30, 2023 with a decorated parade.
* Blessing of the Fleet - 10:30am - 12:30pp (approx)
* Boat Parade - 12noon - 2pm (approx)
The theme for this year's parade is "Broadway on the Bay". The parade will be a fun display of boats decorated to depict various interpretations of the theme such as movies, musicals and cartoons made into current and past Broadway shows.
