ONE65's Elements Bar & Lounge is hosting an immersive Barber Lee Spirits Tasting experience on Thursday, October 26 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM. The tasting is priced at $50.00 and guests will be able to enjoy Barber Lee Rye, Bourbon, Apple Brandy, and Absinthe. Barber Lee Spirits is a small grain-to-glass distillery that specializes in unusual and/or harder to make spirits. All of their whiskies, apple brandy, rum, and absinthe are fermented, distilled, aged, and bottled under one roof using the finest ingredients.
A multi-story bastion for French food, ONE65 is located at Union Square. On the ground level is the Patisserie & Boutique offering modern casual dining and take-away with breakfast, lunch and dinner options, barista service, and house-made items including freshly baked pastries, breads, ice cream, macarons, and chocolates. Next up is the Bistro dining room that features contemporary California/French "comfort" food, followed by Elements Bar & Lounge, a modern cocktail bar with $1.00 Happy Hour oysters and live Friday DJ sets. On the top floor, the fine dining O' by Claude Le Tohic showcases luxurious but not pretentious modern French cuisine and a wine list of 900+ selections.
