Priced at $275.00 per person, this class will afford participants the opportunity to work alongside a Master Pastry Chef and discover a unique twist to preparing a Le Fraisier, a traditional French strawberry cake, and then end up with a masterpiece to take home. Chef Doyen has 20 years of experience in pastry and has worked in 45 countries. In the past 3 years, he has trained over 15,000 students and pastry enthusiasts. He is also the author of the professional pastry book Sweet Concepts and has worked for luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Chanel, Range Rover, Marc Jacobs, La Prairie, Sisley and more.
