This piece is produced to impact the road to justice for Alex Nieto, influence public opinion about police violence in San Francisco, and tell the stories of youth of color impacted by this violence. Loco Bloco uses theater, dance and music rooted in Afro-Latino Traditions as a tool to help youth overcome discrimination and bring about change in their communities.
