21st Amendment Brewery, Drake’s Brewing, and Cleophus Quealy Beer Co. are joining forces to bring a Bavarian tradition to San Leandro. On September 24, all three breweries will host Oktoberfest-themed festivities, food, and brews for the first annual OkDROberfest.
OkDROberfest will unite the trio of San Leandro breweries in beer-centric celebrations, and invite Bay Area beer drinkers to experience each brewery’s spin on one of the world’s oldest beer fests. Each of the three breweries will offer their own lineup of brews, food and entertainment, with a shuttle looping between the tasting rooms to safely transport revelers from one to the next.
In addition to the city-spanning festivities, a collaboration beer is being brewed for the occasion. Brewers from 21st Amendment, Drake’s, and Cleophus Quealy will work together to craft a limited, Oktoberfest-inspired brew. This collaboration beer will be available at all three breweries during OkDROberfest.
Event tickets will be available for presale beginning Wednesday, August 24 at okdroberfest.beer. Cost will be $15 for presale or $25 at the door (depending on availability), and include an OkDROberfest glass, 10oz pour at each brewery, a San Leandro brewery passport and a swag bag of merch from all three breweries.
