Join us on Saturday, March 25th at 11am when Stephanie Wildman celebrates her book, Treasure Hunt, alongside translator Cecilia Populus-Eudave for bilingual story time and activities at the San Francisco Botanical Garden!
This event is the latest installment of the Books on the Garden event series, a partnership between the San Francisco Botanical Garden and Green Apple Books

Local author Stephanie Wildman celebrates her new book, Treasure Hunt, alongside the book's translator Cecilia Populus-Eudave! Join us for story time in English and Spanish--Treasure Hunt and Búsqueda del Tesoro--and an author-led craft project and fun in the Garden!
Best for Ages: 0-8, all welcome!

In this light-hearted story, twins Flor and Roberto scamper through their house, hunting for treasure hidden by big brother, Luis. Can these everyday objects really be treasures that offer more fun than video games or TV? Join Flor and Roberto on their search and discover what fun Luis creates with a gigantic cardboard box. Bonus content provides direction for creating your own at-home fun!

About Stephanie Wildman
Stephanie M. Wildman, author of Brave in the Water and Treasure Hunt, became a Professor Emerita after serving as the John A. and Elizabeth H. Sutro Chair at Santa Clara Law. She directed the school's Center for Social Justice and Public Service. In 2007, the Society of American Law Teachers, the largest national organization of law school faculty, honored her with their Great Teacher Award.
About Cecilia Pópulus-Eudave
Cecilia has spent the last 26 years in San Francisco, California. Before that, she lived in Los Angeles and Veracruz, Mexico. She has translated published songs for artists Marty Willson-Piper (The Church) and Dave Lloyd (The Suns). She also produced and directed the San Francisco cable music program, On the Tip of My Tongue, which featured talent from the Bay Area and beyond. Cecilia learned to swim at 5 years old with the help from her parents and the coaches at the public pool. She translated both Brave in the Water (Valiente en el Agua) and Treasure Hunt (Búsqueda del Tesoro).
Cecilia ha pasado los últimos 26 años en San Francisco, California. Antes de eso, vivió en Los Ángeles y en Veracruz, México. Cecilia ha traducido canciones para los artistas Marty Willson-Piper (The Church) y Dave Lloyd (The Suns). También produjo y dirigió el programa de música, On The Tip of My Tongue, para la estación de cable en San Francisco.
