More than 40 of Oakland’s top restaurants will celebrate the fourth annual Oakland Restaurant Week, held January 17-26, 2014. With a growing list of restaurants receiving acclaim from national media, Oakland has increasingly become a go-to destination for dining in the Bay Area and beyond. This year’s program provides visitors and locals with a perfect opportunity to experience the diversity of Oakland’s booming culinary scene through a variety of special deals and fixed-priced options.
During the 10 day program, restaurants will be offering prix fixe meals at $20, $30 or $40 for lunch and dinner. Some restaurants may choose to augment the meal with a special tasting, dessert or wine pairing in addition to the prix fixe meal. Tickets and passes are not required to dine at participating restaurants, but reservations are strongly recommended wherever possible.
