North Beach Festival

200+ Vendors on 11 blocks: Peruse the wide array of local art, crafts, jewelry, apparel, home decor and wares, vintage fashion and other one-of-a-kind finds on our expanded festival footprint, having added 2 blocks of Stockton to Filbert to the festivities last year.

Delicious Food: Indulge in mouth-watering cuisine from world-renowned North Beach restaurants, local gourmet food vendors, and food trucks from the Bay Area. Whether you're a discerning foodie or looking for a quick bite, there's something for everyone.

Beer Gardens: Quench your thirst at one of four lively beer gardens serving a wide array of local brews such as Fortpoint, Otherwise (gluten free), Standard Deviant, Bare Bottle, wines from Siena Imports, cocktails from Bellecora and thirst quenching non alcoholic options from Fort Point and Tovie

Live Entertainment: Enjoy live music from talented Bay Area musicians on three stages. Be mesmerized by Club Fugazi acrobats at 11am on Sunday on the Broadway Stage and prepare to be moved by the Beach Babble Poetry Reading at 1pm each day at the Makers Stage (Grant/Filbert). Groove to the tunes with KXSF DJs as they broadcast live from the Green Street Party Lot, adding to the festivities.

Interactive Art Activities: Experience "art in action" on the Makers Block featuring interactive art activities led by local artists, makers and merchants including weaving with the Loom and Shuttle Guild, silk-screening, live-painting, jewelry-making and more. You will even have the opportunity to make your own commemorative medallion out of recycled aluminum with Macchiarini Designs and learn the art of bike repair with North Beach Cyclery. Grab a local brew from the Makers Block beer tent as you are able to wander the entire block with alcoholic beverages on the Makers Block!

Family-Friendly Zones: Bring the whole family for a day filled with activities and games. Kids and adults alike of any age can enjoy Lego-building, bubble-making, hula hoops, a chalk zone, pet rescue adoption zone and much more!

Blessing of the Animals: Participate in this cherished tradition welcoming pets and their owners for a special ceremony at 1pm each day.

Italian Street Painting Promenade presented by Biordi Art Imports: Local Artists create beautiful renderings in the street in the tradition of the Italian Maddonari street painters.

Explore North Beach: Discover San Francisco's "Little Italy," a vibrant and historic neighborhood known for its rich Italian heritage, distinct culture, scenic views, highly acclaimed restaurants, unique shops, lively bars, and iconic landmarks such as Coit Tower and City Lights Bookstore.

This famed event features over 125 arts and crafts booths, gourmet food, multiple stages of live entertainment, poetry readings, Italian street painting, beverage gardens, kids' chalk art area and the blessing of the animals.

The event is situated in the historic North Beach District, commonly known to San Francisco's Little Italy. The Festival site includes numerous quaint streets in the heart of the district.

Join us as we explore what this historical street festival has to offer and check out some of the live entertainment. Variety awaits this weekend at the North Beach Festival!
