Welcome to the Parties That Cook kitchen and event space in San Francisco’s own Little Italy! We’ll channel our inner Joe DiMaggio and Jack Kerouac while we sip an Aperol Spritz and begin to prepare some of our favorite “piatti” from North Beach. You’ll learn to make ricotta from scratch and spread it on toasted Italian country bread sprinkled with basil and sea salt. We’ll make clams in a sauce that will keep you going back for more! Once you know how to crank out Homemade Fettuccine alla Carbonara you’ll be the star of future dinner parties. And who can resist Tiramisu at the end of a delicious Italian-inspired meal? You’ll conquer these dishes and more at this hands-on class in the heart of one of the best neighborhoods in America!
