Non-Alcoholic Cocktails with Dr Inkwell (ingredients included!)

In recent years, non-alcohlic alternatives have taken off. With more people demanding great drinks that don't have alcohol, makers have responded by creating delicious alternatives that eliminate the need for gin, rum, or bourbon. Seedlip started the current trend just 6 years ago and now there are more than 30 choices on the market. Join us to enjoy a refreshing, responsible adult beverage during work hours.

In this one-hour demonstration, you'll learn to make two non-alcoholic cocktails: one using Seedlip and another using one of the newest offerings and thus not yet widely available, Pentire Adrift. You'll also learn the tips and tricks of cocktail equipment, a little more about this new class of "spirits," and more about your own preferences.

In partnership with Taste Catering, Dr Inkwell will provide you with a cocktail box for use in the class. The 'Cero de Mayo' Mocktail Kit serves 1-2 people and will make at least 2 of the following cocktails:

o CeleRay (Pentire Adrift, celery juice, ginger elixir, sparkling water)
o Kahakai (Seedlip Spice & Seedlip Grove blend, pineapple juice, lime juice, macadamia nut milk, simple syrup, Fee's Old Fashioned bitters)

Included in your cocktail box is a snack from Taste: Executive Chef Aaron Plascencia's Meyer Lemon Pepitas
plus some secret swag!

During the event itself, Dr Inkwell will demonstrate how to make each of the cocktails supplied to you. You'll learn a brief history and origin of the ingredients used. There will also be some surprise guests to delight and entertain you along the way, with a Q&A at the end
