Prior to joining Paradigm, Natalie was a People Analyst at Google where she developed and analyzed a wide range of diversity initiatives.
About Angela: Angela is a consultant at Paradigm, where she supports clients with the design and implementation of their diversity and inclusion strategies. Prior to joining Paradigm, Angela worked in strategic communications and helped clients communicate about their D&I efforts.
