Jason Alan Griffin is a 1st Degree Nia Black Belt and he will be here to lead us through his 80's Alternative New Wave Nia routine. If you listened to any music during the 80's you will certainly recognize some of these dance tunes.
Come and dance. This will be classic Nia dance exercise class, be prepared to "get your workout on!" You can dress up in some 80's fashions if you would like.
ADVANCE TICKETS are $14.00. (contact Terre at 408-564-2649 - PRIOR TO MARCH 15, 2015) After the 15th tickets are $20.00.
There is going to be a playshop on Saturday at the same place if you would like to join us for that. Purchasing advance tickets for both saves you over $20!
