NextGenChef is pleased to announce the launch of Regenerative Feast.  NextGenChef disrupts the typical fine dining model with roots from the soil for this “soil-to-table” dining experience featuring a Michelin-star rated chef that’s local, healthy, affordable, and regenerative.Chef Jeremy Nelson, of San Francisco’s acclaimed Acquerello and Lazy Bear, will create a culinary occasion featuring a menu that highlights first the Earth itself then the denizens it accommodates. Our guests will have the opportunity to engage in their own moveable feast while discussing environmental impact topics of seasonal cuisine and whether local or organic produce has more of an impact on our well-being. This one-of-a-kind event showcases how healthy food can be accessible as well as an experience.
