On New Year's Eve, Wednesday, December 31, Twenty Five Lusk in San Francisco will be open from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM serving a first seating (5:30 - 7:45 PM) $110.00 four-course tasting menu and a second seating (8:00 - 10:45 PM) $135.00 five-course tasting menu from Executive Chef Matthew Dolan with optional wine pairings for both by Wine Director Cezar Kusik. Main course choices will be Grilled Big Eye Tuna with bronze fennel, parsley root, bell pepper chimichurri, basil and ruby steak; Wagyu Filet Mignon (add $12 supplemental) with roasted foraged mushrooms, maxime potato and pinot noir sauce; or Roasted 38 North Duck with confit croquette, ginger apple coulis and a red currant reduction.
