New Year's Eve Celebration at The Sea by Alexander's Steakhouse in Palo Alto
On New Year's Eve, Monday, December 31, The Sea by Alexander’s Steakhouse in Palo Alto will be seating from 5:30 to 9:00 PM serving a $185.00 five-course prix fixe dinner menu that will include Big Eye Tuna Tartare (avocado / udon noodle / seaweed / yuzu and add Osetra caviar for an additional $65.00) paired with Cazanove Charles de Champagne Brut 2006; Live Maine Scallop (fregula / enoki mushroom / spinach / tomato and add seared foie gras for an additional $20.00) with a Schloss Schönborn Auslese Pfaffenberger 2006; Lobster Grits (saffron / kale / lobster jus) with a Domaine Dujac Morey-Saint-Denis Blanc 2014; Wagyu Striploin (potato / truffle / leek / bell pepper) with a Joseph Roty Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Fonteny 2009; and for dessert, Monte Blanc (chestnut / vanilla mascarpone cream / almond sable) and a Chateau Rieussec Sauternes 2005. The optional wine by the glass pairing for the prix fixe will be available for an additional $100.00. Prices exclude tax and gratuity.
