New Year's Eve Celebration at Sabio on Main
On New Year's Eve, Thursday, December 31, Sabio on Main in Pleasanton will be seating at 5:30, 7:30 and 9:30 PM serving a $95.00 five-course prix fixe menu. The 9:30 PM seating guests will each receive a complimentary sparkling wine toast and party favors. Main course choices for the prix fixe menu will be Massachusetts Day Boat Scallops "a la plancha" with Maine lobster, braised baby fennel, sunchoke purée and blood orange sabayon; or Grilled BN Ranch Filet of Beef with twice-baked potato trio, Burgundy truffle-Armangac sauce and charred broccolini; or Pan Roasted Liberty Duck Breast with wild mushroom bread pudding, baby Tokyo turnips and foie gras sauce. There will also be a prix fixe vegetarian option available and a limited a la carte menu offered at the bar only. All prices exclude tax and gratuity.
