New Year's Eve Celebration at Left Bank Brasserie Menlo Park
On New Year's Eve, Sunday, December 31, Left Bank Brasserie in Menlo Park will open at 11:00 AM with the last seating at 11:00 PM serving the regular à la carte brunch/lunch menus, a reduced regular à la carte dinner menu and a $75.00 four-course prix fixe menu with Chèvre Chaud (warm goat cheese, crostini, Champagne vinaigrette) paired with a glass of sparkling wine; Noix de Saint Jacques (seared Day Boat scallops, celery root purée, blood orange beurre blanc); Filet Mignon Oscar (pan roasted 6 oz. filet mignon, Dungeness crab meat, Béarnaise, chive whipped Yukon Gold potatoes/add truffles for $15.00) or Queue De Homard (butter poached 8 oz. Maine lobster tail, roasted butternut squash, wild mushroom, and leek risotto/add truffles for $15.00); and Chocolate Hazelnut Gianduja Cake (chocolate cake, chocolate hazelnut mousse, vanilla crème brûlée center, roasted hazelnuts). Prix fixe menu items will be available à la carte and there will not be Happy Hour service that day. All prices exclude beverages, tax and gratuity. Decorations will include multi-colored balloons and streamers and guests for the evening's last seating will receive a complimentary sparkling wine toast and party favors at midnight.
