New Year's Eve Celebration at Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco
On New Year's Eve, Monday, December 31, Alexander’s Steakhouse in San Francisco will be seating from 5:00 to 10:00 PM serving a $249.00 six-course prix fixe tasting menu with a Caviar & Wagyu Bite (Bulgarian Ossetra caviar, Japanese wagyu tartar, nori); Onsen Tamago (poached egg, potato, uni); Lobster Shumai (lobster sauce, daikon, black truffle ragout); Beef & Foie Gras Duo (braised Australian wagyu beef cheek, seared foie gras, herb salad with black truffle vinaigrette); a choice of Ribeye or Filet Mignon served with sides (upgrades available); and for dessert, Textures of Chocolate. Italian white truffles will be available as an add-on item for the Onsen Tamago course for an additional $80.00. Optional wine pairings will be offered at two price tiers, either $99.00 or $249.00.
