THE FIRST DAY OF 2018! Take a moment to create your visions for this new year in a magical yoga flow. Prioritize yourself and your visions this year and start it here. 

- YOGA -
A gentle flow where you will be guided to explore your true visions for 2018. We will take time to listen to your bodie's needs, your heart's needs and your soul's needs in various different empowering poses.

- 2018 VISIONS -
We will explore your visions for 2018 through 3 different categories:
1. YOUR BODY 2. YOUR HEART 3.  YOUR SOUL .
Please bring a notebook (or anything) where you will be able to write these visions in a place you can see daily. Some pondering before hand is suggested, but not necessary. Also, feel free to tailor these categories to anything that fits your needs! 

- FRIENDS - 
Bring a friend **friends highly encouraged***, so they can be a witness ** aka accountability partner***  to these 2018 visions. We will also be doing some partner poses, so having a friend around always makes things a little sweeter & smoother.
