Her energy is sweet, powerful and as magical as the beach in San Francisco. You will love her and this experience, and we can't wait to share it with you! She will lead a special ocean side yoga class rich with the rich soundscapes of the ocean and groovy beats.

Silent Disco Yoga means we wear headphones on the beach so you can hear the yoga instruction and music. And yes, all levels welcome for yoga practice! No stressing about yoga! Everyone can do it.
