The restaurant will feature a four-bone New Zealand lamb chop served with California golden raisin chutney and sumac yogurt. Additional specials include a pan-seared center-cut filet mignon served with potatoes aligot and cantal cheese, as well as a white wine poached dover sole served with wilted rainbow chard and a white wine reduction cream sauce. The holiday dessert special is a Belgian chocolate dome cake with maraschino cherries and liqueur reduction.
