SCMB staff will lead attendees though a hands-on homebrewing session while we brew a 5 gallon batch of beer using a combination of grain and malt extract. Meanwhile, SCMB Brewer Michael Paine will be on site, demonstrating how SCMB uses its 7bbl system to brew delicious, organic beer. Finally, trained staff members will discuss recipe development, while leading guests though a tour of the brewery and complimentary beer tasting.
