"Dana has an extreme passion for fitness, food and healthy living! She has a BS in Kinesiology, is a Certified Personal Trainer and also teaches multiple HIIT style group classes. Dana has been a Certified Buti Yoga Instructor since 2014. When Dana isn't teaching or training, she's busy with her own workouts. She loves exercising outdoors, participating in local dance classes and swimming. Her favorite workout snack is an acai bowl topped with superfoods!
