New Balance San Francisco & Bounce SF team up for another intense HIIIT course!
BounceSF will teach a 60 minute HIIIT class in store. HIIT training technique alternates short, intense bursts of exercise with brief periods of rest and active recovery to burn over 500 calories during class-- and you’ll keep burning calories up to 48 hours after! The workout will include a warm-up and light stretch. The class will primarily consist of circuits that use your own body weight. We can also incorporate a combination of cardio equipment and/or floor equipment --dumbbells, Bosu and medicine balls, TRX suspension training, or resistance bands -- if available. Music is a key component of the class and will include a playlist of top hip hop music, that is sure to have you leave class feeling upbeat vibes to get you through the rest of the week!
