Next Monday, groove to the sounds of Rubberband Girl, learn from the Oakland Public Library, and eat food from Miss Arepita. Meet people as you build seed bombs and then grab a drink and take a seat to hear from our speakers: Jennifer de Graaf (the Director of Education for ReScape California) will discuss landscaping with fires in mind, Doyle Saylore (East Bay Center for the Blind) dives into optic nerve manipulation and augmented reality, and Shanna Farrell (Oral History Center at UC Berkeley) will talk about the hidden history of Bay Area cocktails.
