What: The Napa Valley Wine Train, an engaging and memorable experience that echoes the glory days of train travel, will host Florencia and Christian Palmaz of Palmaz Vineyards aboard its Private Reserve Train on Saturday, July 15 at 6:30 p.m. for a culinary and wine adventure as part of its all-new 2017 “Meet the Maker” dinner series.
While enjoying a multi-course gourmet feast prepared by Chef Donald Young and impeccable wine pairings, passengers will also be able to discuss the pairings and tasting notes in depth with Florencia and Christian Palmaz while relaxing in the luxury setting of the Private Reserve Train.
