I'm hosting my 3rd annual wine happy hour to raise money in the fight against ALS. For the 5th consecutive year I will be riding in the Napa Valley Ride to Defeat ALS, on September 22nd. This will be the 14th year of the ride and we have a goal of raising a whopping $1 million.
As many of you know this is a very personal cause for me having lost my mom to ALS at the young age of 59. The best way to honor my mom is to keep fighting to end ALS.
Please join me and many others for some good wine, a bit of networking and an organized raffle. 10% of the proceeds from the bar tab at the Press Club will be donated to the cause, but the big money will come from the raffle! It's going to be the best ever with the chance to win some very high end wine and other cool prizes (hint: sporting events).
