Moxibusion (Moxa) Selfcare Workshop at Redmint Urban Wellness Sanctuary

SEE EVENT DETAILS
Redmint, a dynamic, new holistic health and wellness brand inspired by TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and time-honored Eastern beauty rituals, is hosting an ongoing Selfcare Workshop with Moxibusion (Moxa) on Sundays through October from 3-3:45pm at their new urban wellness sanctuary located at 2044 Fillmore Street in San Francisco.

Moxibustion is a powerful TCM healing method that has been used in Eastern cultures for centuries. Moxa involves burning a dried herb called Ai Ye above the skin to stimulate and warm meridian channels and points. Moxa can also help reduces pain and swelling; aim in fertility and reproductive function; strengthen the immune system; stimulates circulation and lymphatic flow; gently simulates and nourishes the body's cellular regenerative process.

In these workshops, attendees will learn from Redmint's TCM doctors as they share their expertise in this essential skill and demonstrate ways to incorporate the magic of Moxa into your holistic selfcare routine. Tickets can be purchased in advance on the website here.
