Learn the fundamentals of natural movement!

MovNat is the art and skill of moving naturally through our environment whether it be man made or nature itself. It brings fitness back to it's original practical purpose consisting of all the practical skills of walking, balancing, running, crawling, climbing, jumping, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, etc.

In this introductory class we will be going over the concepts and fundamentals of MovNat. All skill levels welcome. Wear comfortable athletic clothing. We will meet by the tree stump next to the children's playground in Lafayette Park. Hope to see you there!
