Mother's Day Dining at Left Bank Brasserie in San Jose

On Mother's Day, May 11, Left Bank Brasserie in San Jose will be open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM serving a reduced regular brunch/lunch menu with specials (10:00 AM to 3:00 PM), a reduced regular lunch menu (3:00 to 4:00 PM), and the regular dinner menu (4:00 to 10:00 PM). The brunch specials will eggs Benedict with a toasted English muffin, spinach, smoked salmon, crème fraîche hollandaise, chives and caviar, and a side of potato hash; traditional Cointreau French toast with orange cream, maple syrup and bacon; Dungeness crab and asparagus quiche with organic mixed greens with passion fruit and golden balsamic vinaigrette; buckwheat crêpes filled with Parisian ham, spinach, and goat cheese, topped with a sunny-side-up egg; grilled country levain bread, goat cheese, tomatoes, arugula, bacon, sunny-side-up egg, hollandaise and a petite salad; duck confit sweet potato hash with two poached eggs and vanilla orange emulsion; and fresh fruit and granola parfait with vanilla yoghurt.
