On Mother's Day, May 11, Left Bank Brasserie in Menlo Park will be open from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM serving selections from their regular a la carte menus all day, plus brunch specials, available from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, will be duck confit hash with a soft poached egg, baby spinach, hollandaise sauce and crispy onions; and smoked salmon and grilled asparagus frittata with country potatoes, crumbled goat cheese and organic greens. All day special additions will be cream of asparagus and brie with brioche croutons and asparagus salad; bay scallop and Loch Duart salmon mousse with lobster bisque and button mushrooms; and seared Alaskan halibut with stuffed artichoke, haddock potatoes, capsicum and Béarnaise sauce.
