Mother's Day Dining at LB Steak in San Jose

On Mother's Day, May 11, LB Steak in San Jose will be open from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM serving limited regular a la carte lunch and dinner menus, plus brunch specials (11:00 AM to 3:00 PM) and an all-day Prime Rib Eye Roast special. The brunch specials will be Spring Berry Parfait with almond granola, Strauss Family yogurt, and almond syrup; French Toast Brioche Bread Pudding with strawberry rhubarb compote and vanilla spice whipped cream; Egg Bruschetta with grilled levain bread, tomato jam, fried eggs, crispy prosciutto and balsamic reduction; 12 oz New York Steak and Eggs with two eggs any style and country potatoes: Bacon, Tomato, and Cheddar Scramble with country potatoes, sour cream, green onions; Smoked Salmon Benedict with crispy potato cakes, Loch Duart smoked salmon, hollandaise, dill, capers and a greens salad; Fried Chicken and Biscuits Benedict with poached eggs, country gravy and potatoes; Pork Belly Benedict with savory pain perdu, Glaum Farm fresh eggs and O’Brien potatoes; and Dungeness Crab and Asparagus Quiche with sun dried tomato and roasted garlic pesto, and arugula salad.
