On Mother's Day, Sunday, May 14, Lucia's Pizzeria in Berkeley will be serving brunch from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and then dinner from 5:00 to 9:15 PM offering a mom-inspired a la carte menu with highlights including Frittura di Pesce, calamari, smelt and anchovies with lemon aioli; La Burrata, burrata cheese and cherry tomatoes confit; Lasagna Meat Ragu with tomato sauce, bechamel and Parmigiano; Melanzane alla Parmigiana, eggplant, tomato, fiordilatte and Parmigiano; Salmon Fillet, grilled Scottish salmon, soft polenta andan arugula salad; classic and signature pizzas plus a white pizza, Crispy Speck, with speck, sundried tomatoes, fingerling potatoes and pecorino; and, for dessert, Biancomangiare, a Sicilian white pudding with almond milk, star anise, pistachios and orange zest.
