Drew is the chef garde manger at Waterbar and learning new skills in the kitchen as he looks to move up the culinary ladder. Drew and his partner Austin also run Taco Tuesday at El Rio, offering delicious, seasonal street tacos. Drew looks forward to opening his own restaurant soon!
